Three students from AH, along with three from Sussex School were chosen to experience "Shadow Day" at the Hyatt Hotel in Morristown, during which they shadowed staff involved in the hospitality industry. These boys and girls and their classmates are learning about free enterprise and presently hard at work creating unique restaurants for a competition sponsored by the Foundation for Free Enterprise.
